Gender Equity and Advancement
AccelerateHer is Sri Lanka’s first female entrepreneurship acceleration program in partnership with the U.S. Department of State. Over 24 months 14 female entrepreneurs will undergo a supportive Accelerator Program while 140 bootcamp participants from across Sri Lanka will experience capacity building, mentoring, impact networking, partner matchmaking and program alumni support to build innovative businesses and doing so, enabling female entrepreneurs to become financially independent and internationally competitive.

CleanTech
The Green Energy Champion 2021, was Sri Lanka's first advanced accelerator programme with intense, rapid and immersive training aimed at accelerating business growth for entrepreneurs in the sustainable mobility, renewable energy or energy efficiency sectors. Implemented by GIZ, Hatch Works and Good Life X, the program offers the opportunity for participants to be mentored by industry experts, given access to supportive resources and infrastructure to make their ideas market-ready, tap into global markets, while raising their brand visibility locally and internationally.

The Hatch Mentorship Program is an initiative to help the entrepreneurs and startups in Sri Lanka grow smarter and faster by getting guidance from business leaders and experts in their fields. We facilitate their growth by augmenting the existing tools and skills they have in order for them to overcome roadblocks efficiently and continue to be successful.
